What to Expect in Each Class

  • In each live class, I'll teach you the how and why behind the ingredients
  • Before each class, you'll receive the recipes and the baking essentials that I include for each lesson.
  • All classes are recorded, and you can view them anytime as long as you are enrolled in the program.
  • These classes are designed to build your baking foundation, to give you classic French baking elements you can use for more recipes, and to help you gain confidence in the kitchen.

Always Live Classes

  • I teach every class live through Zoom
  • Can't attend a live class? I've got you covered! All classes are recorded, so you can watch them later at your convenience.
  • You have access to all live and previously recorded classes as long as you are enrolled in the program.
