  • February 3rd @ 10 am: Mastering Cookies with Brown Butter + How Butter Works in Baking + What Makes a Cookie Chewy + Learn how to make two delicious brown butter cookies to put your knowledge in action.
  • February 24th @ 10 am: Learn how to make 2 Flourless/Gluten-Free Cookies + How Sugar Works in Baking
  • March 17th @ 10 am: Learn how flour works in cookies + learn how to make two cookies
  • April 14th @ 10 am: How Leavener Works in Baking + 2 cookies that highlight the use of leaveners

What to Expect in Each Class

  • In each live class, I'll teach you the how and why behind the ingredients
  • We'll complete a cookie experiment test together in each class (with small batch cookies)
  • You'll also learn how to make 1-2 cookies per class.
  • By the end of the course, you'll have a foundational understanding of how the most important ingredients work and how they affect the end result.

  • Can't attend a live class? I've got you covered! All classes are recorded, so you can watch them later at your convenience.
