What to Expect in Each Class

  • In each live class, I'll teach you the how and why behind the ingredients
  • We'll complete a cookie experiment test together in each class (with small batch cookies)
  • You'll also learn how to make 1-2 cookies per class.
  • By the end of the course, you'll have a foundational understanding of how the most important ingredients work and how they affect the end result.
